Broadbeach Savannah Resort

Recommend it for budget-conscious travelers

I gotta say, the location was really great for hitting up the beach and the shops. The bed was super comfortable, a relief after a long day.

Not the cheapest stay but still acceptable.

The location was GOOD and the private parking was nearby. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. The continental breakfast food was good.

I took my sons to the Gold Coast for 6 days to visit Dreamworld and Movieworld Our stay at Savannah was perfect Close to shops and restaurants in Broadbeach,close to local buses and easy walking distance to everything We found Savannah very comfortable I found the breakfast a bonus

The only problem was the boys sleeping in the lounge area were woken early by the sunlight The curtains in our appartment were very old and let the light through But this was only a minor problem

The room was cozy, but the bathroom light didn't work well.

My stay was such great for the weekend. The single room was budget, it had climate control, a storage space, and a lounge. The setting was great and pleasant, just next door to public transport & retail outlets & beach and the Casino, and dining and shopping areas.

In Booked.net this was classified as 4.5 stars hotel while in fact its only resort

the hotel is conveniently just a few steps from Kurrawa Park and less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, made our morning strolls so enjoyable.

Dissapointed that the spa was for one person. Web didn't indicate this. Breakfast wasn't great and we opted to eat elsewhere on the third day just so we didn't have to eat the same thing again - not much variety.

Room & bathroom were not serviced for the two days car parking underneath was first in first served otherwise park on streeet.Not Good on the gold coast !!!

Unfortunately, the kitchen was poorly equipped with very limited utensils. I was frustrated to find just a few mismatched items. The fitness area was inadequate, lacking essential equipment and space. To.

Room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival,, booked 3 months earlier and asked for sea view and did not get one,despite asking at the time of booking and when we got to the hotel, spa not working for the last 4 days we were there, internet not working, car parking under hotel is not per unit but first come basis, which is not advised, Have stayed in numerous apartments on the gold coast and this was by far the most expensive and worst stay we have had,

Your beds are very uncomfortable and we didnt appreciate getting a room with a double bed and ending p with 2 singles pushed together

Great service, parking nearby.

We used most of the facilities however the spa pool was broken so that was disapoinitng. The best part about our stay was the location. Being close to shopping, entertainment and the beach was really the best part of our stay.

The state of the rooms was disappointing, they were shabby and one of the rooms had an unpleasant odour. There wasn't a lot of personal hygeine items like soap, shampoo which I did request to have more of considering the amount of people that stayed at the hotel.
